While your mailbox might be distributed over several servers, we’ve engineered our system to keep the complexity hidden from you. The following settings will connect you directly to your mailbox regardless of the server hosting it.

Configuring Your Email Account in Microsoft Outlook
- Open Outlook and navigate to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Click New to add an account.
- Choose Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
- Select POP or IMAP and click Next.
